CASA for Children of Essex is the project manager for the Essex County Model Court’s Disproportionality Reduction Initiative, an effort to reduce the disproportionate representation of children of color in Essex County’s child welfare system. Our grant supports Undoing Racism immersion training for model court participants and follow up technical assistance for the effort.
