Essex County Court Appointed Special Advocate administered a Schumann grant for Undoing Racism, a two-and-a-half day immersion training for 60 members of the Essex County Model Court community to address racial disparities and reduce the disproportionate representation of children of color in Essex County’s child welfare system.
