The Schumann Fund is supporting the Institute’s 2013 Heningburg Civic Fellows Program, a rigorous four-day study and discussion with Newark civic leaders and Rutgers faculty focusing on immigration, health, education, and arts and culture of the City. This year’s fellows will be Newark’s four mayoral candidates.
